Job Purpose1. Cooperate with relevant department and manage import and export customs declaration, clearance and ensure that the procedure is legitimate and align with company sop.2. Ship the goods with reasonble deliery(cost, time, etc).
Job Responsibilities1. To handle all daily operations of import and export with compliant and cost-efficient way, ensure all inbound and outbound shipment are delivered Ｏn time.2. Managing customs duty relief program at lowest risk and the supervised equipment correctly to ensure the correct movements.3. Well plan and provide accurate forecast to carriers for booking placing, ensure the timely shipment to all markets.4. Well monitor forwarder for truck arrangement, shipment track, and communicate container status for priority shipments.5. Make documentations with good order and standard, keep processes clear and complete and the required documentations are returned to cross functions in time. well control correct shipment process.6. Responsible for daily shipment releasing booking, tracking, checking and coordinating with forwarder. Monitor and report forwarder performance.7. Identifying potential risk and non-compliance issues in plant, and driving continuously improvements. Ensure optimized transportation conditions by certain knowledge management together with different forwarder companies.8. Identifying potential opportunities and translate these into value generating initiatives.9. Building strong relationship with local government authorities to enhance company reputation properly.10. Other tasks assigned by manager.
